Well, maybe your antivirus/ firewall is having an issue with the connection for some reason.įor the people saying that their graphics become dark after the game minimizes, I can't help wonder if maybe you have outdated graphics card drivers that may be causing issues? If so, I would look into updating your drivers. First, off very fun game, I keep having an issue where full-screen mode keeps minimizing stutters for 2-3 seconds then works fine for a few seconds then back to stuttering. When you play The Sims, you login to your account. If that doesn't work, then look to your antivirus or firewall as the possible problem. Close any that look pointless (like iTunes Helper or Quicktime Updater) and try playing the game again. DreamSpec (spectrum emulator, best one currently for DC) OswanDC (Oswan and Bandai WonderSwan emulator) Quzar's PCEngine/TG16 emulator (can't remember what it's called) I'm not sure about any of Ian Micheal's ports because again I haven't tried them, but if anyone can vouch for them that would be great.

As soon as I select full screen it does it again. When I launch in window it won't do this.
